Conference & Banqueting

At the Arbutus we have several Conference & Banqueting facilities to cater for our business clientele and those who simply need to celebrate a family occasion. We cater for Christmas & Office parties, Christenings, Business Lunches, Promotional Lunches, Promotional Parties & Product Launches. We also have the expertise and equipment to cater for any type of business meeting. Any function held at the Arbutus Lodge is very important to us, and we feel that we can do more than most to make it a very special and well-organised occasion, whatever your needs.

Choose from the Garden Room for parties of up to 140, or the Arbutus Restaurant for groups of up to 65. The Cantillon Room offers an intimate and private venue for lunches or dinners of up to 30 people. The Gallery Room will also host groups of up to 50 people for parties. JC's Bar can be reserved for a private drinks party or private lunches and the Beale Library is an ideal location for a private lunch or reception. The corporate and business sector can also combine excellent accommodation rates with conference facilities and wonderful menus to cater to specific requirements.
